About the Building Green Network
This platform supports the work of UNCF’s Building Green at Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs) Initiative. UNCF and Second Nature are organizing regional Green Building Learning Institutes in order to build the capacity for minority-serving and higher education institutions to incorporate principles of sustainable design and energy efficiency into their building projects and overcome common barriers that often include small endowments and limited in-house expertise related to green building practices.
